If there are Zones with no Locations, then sorting is by Zone-Areas
If there are no Locations or Zones, then Areas are sorted alphabetically
Areas can be manually sorted within a Zone, by Area Place
Products in Areas are Sorted by Make - Model or manually by Product Place
