Initial Implementation

Horizon provides an initial implementation course designed to get you up and running with your software. The SmartPartner course is broken into four logical sections to ensure a successful implementation while not overwhelming your organization.

Training Videos

Horizon offers a number of detailed training videos explaining exactly how to utilize various aspects of the system. Using advanced screen capture technology, you see the software product itself being utilized in the proper manner. Voice-over narration by software designer and training expert Jim Engandela provides a clear explanation not only of how the software works, but why.

Personalized On-Line Training

Horizon provides personalized product training to address your specific needs. Using the latest on-line computer sharing technology, you learn right along side a Horizon training expert. Your computer screen is synchronized with Horizon to interactively learn how to best use Horizon solutions.

On-Site Training

If you prefer, Horizon can come to your location for an in-depth on-site training on how to fully maximize profits using Horizon software. Additional on-site fees do apply.

Sample Training Videos

This is the first in a series of SmartPartner videos. It provides an excellent overview of the entire SmartPartner solution.

This is a great training video on the Commercial Proposal System, (CPS). It covers Proposals, Projects, Point-of-Sale, as well as Graphics Draw.

This video introduces you to Preferences in the SmartPartner System. Preferences are a critical component of SmartPartners allowing you to literally design your business processes into the software.

The SmartPartner Product Library introduces you to how to import, store, modify, and easily maintain the products you sell. With an up-to-date Product Library your proposals are fast, accurate, and easy to generate.

The Graphics Draw training video illustrates how you can incorporate sales-oriented drawings into your proposals to more clearly outline your recommended solution.
